A class all about understanding trauma through the lens of science and human connection. Learn about the human brain on trauma along with tools and techniques to heal and manage your life.
Much has been learned about trauma explosive growth of neuroscience. We now understand more than ever about why we do the things we do. Empower yourself thorugh science, connection and tools designed to help the brain, body, and mind flourish.
Taught by Anne S. Arndt, HSP/Empath and therapist offering somatic mindfulness-based psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, brainspotting for trauma and general well-being of body/mind/spirit.
Recommended reading (but certainly not required) for this class is the book, What Happened to You? By Dr. Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey. This book provides the reader with powerful insights, wisdom and science around trauma. Much of the book is illustrated through real life stories, case studies and fascinating research.
